The
National Biodiesel Board is dedicated to your satisfaction.
However, sometimes problems will while you are shopping. When
this happens please take time to walk through these steps
BEFORE
calling
or emailing
us.
If you are
receiving an error message, please print or write down the error message
first.
Most problems
are the result of corrupted "cookies" on your computer and can be fixed
by deleting your cookies and allowing time for your previous session
to expire.
Follow
these steps.
Microsoft
Windows 98 and later (For
other browsers, click
here.)
1. Quit Internet Explorer and quit any instances of Windows Explorer.
2. In Control Panel, double-click Internet Options.
3. On the General tab, click Delete Cookies under Temporary Internet
Files, and then click OK.
4. Click OK.
5. Wait 5 minutes, restart Internet Explorer and return to the Biodiesel
Store.

Online
orders may be placed 24 hours a day, seven days a week through our
on-line shopping system. For the most expeditious and accurate processing,
on-line ordering is strongly recommended. However,
you may also mail or fax your order. See instructions
here. Telephone orders ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
To order an item, select an item and click the "Add to Cart" button.
Your items will appear in your shopping cart.
If you wish to modify the order quantity, simply change the quantity
or remove the item from your cart completely and then click the "Recalculate" button.
As you proceed
through the Checkout process, your shipping charges will automatically
be calculated.
Your Order
Summary Screen will detail your order including shipping
charges and any applicable discounts.
After you
enter your credit card information, your order will be submitted,
and the ordering process is complete.
At the
completion of your order, an Order Confirmation will be sent to the
email address that you provided during checkout.

Orders by Mail/Fax
While
online ordering is the preferred method, you may also submit your order
by fax, or postal mail. Telephone orders ARE NOT ACCEPTED.
To
order by fax and pay by credit card, you must proceed
through the checkout process and print your final Order
Summary screen (this is prior to inputting your credit
card information) and fax it along with your billing/shipping
address and credit card information to (573) 635-7913. Please make
sure that you print the FINAL Order Summary screen
which includes shipping fees. Orders
submitted without accurate shipping fees will not be accepted.
To
order by postal mail, and pay by check (please allow an
additional 10 business days for check orders), money order or credit
card, you must proceed through the checkout process and
print your final Order Summary screen (this
is prior to inputting your credit card information) and mail
it along with your billing/shipping address and your payment to:

Please

Orders submitted without accurate shipping fees will not be accepted.
Handwritten orders will not be accepted.
Payment
All
prices are in US dollars. Online/Fax order payment is accepted via
Visa and MasterCard only. Your card is not charged until your order
ships.
Mail order
payment is accepted via Visa, MasterCard, check or money order payable
to National Biodiesel Board.
Shipping
In
stock merchandise will normally be shipped within 48 hours. Embroidered
items will be shipped within 2-4 weeks. You will be notified via email
if any items are our of stock.
Express delivery service is also available at an additional cost (see
rates on the shipping options page during checkout).
You will
receive an email to confirm when your order ships.
We cannot
deliver to P.O. Box addresses except Military addresses.
Returns/Exchanges
Our
goal is your complete satisfaction. If you are unhappy with any purchase,
you may return it to us within 30 days with a return authorization
number and a copy of your receipt. Please note that books, videos,
CDs and DVD's can
only
be
exchanged
for the same title.
All returns/exchanges
must be received by our returns department within 15 days of receiving
your order. (NOTE: Our manufacturers enforce a strict 15-day return
policy with all garments. Therefore, we cannot issue any refunds
if you attempt to return an item after the 15-day period.)
All returns/exchanges
must have a return authorization number. To receive a return authorization
number, simply call us toll free at 800.841.5849. A representative
will then guide you through the process of returning or exchanging
an item.
All returns
are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
(NOTE: We
require return authorization for internal processing and quality control.
If a package is returned without a return authorization number,
excessive time and resources are expended in attempts to link the package
with the proper customer file. Any packages returned without a return
authorization may be rejected and are not our responsibility. If you
need to return/exchange an item(s), please simply follow our simple
guidelines to avoid any unnecessary and unwanted delays/fees.
